OUR PROCESS
Caviar Careers will send an alert to all our active candidates who match the profile. In addition to this, we will advertise the position on international job seeking platforms.
All candidates are interviewed either in person, or via video. We will be collecting data to include body language, professional appearance, professional experience, training and skill set.
We present a 'snapshot' summary to you, along with the candidates' CV. This is done through our modern HR software program, which enables you to easily provide direct feedback.
Upon approving a candidate, we will provide you with additional details on your chosen candidate, such as certificates, references, picture and other requested documentation.
Generally, the next process is to give the candidate a formal written offer outlining salary, benefits and expected start date. We can provide a template for this process if you do not have one already. If you have one, please provide us a copy of this as presented to the candidate.
We can help facilitate any onboarding processes that you have to get the candidate ready to start their new role, to include getting employee contracts signed, applying for visas, and organising onboarding paperwork.
As per our terms & conditions, once you have agreed on a salary and start date, please let us know the details.
