I truly appreciate the offer for the Assistant Nanny position at your agency, and the time you and your team spent getting to know me throughout the process. It really means a lot.

 After careful thought, I’ve decided to decline the offer, as I’ve chosen to pursue a different opportunity that aligns more closely with my current career goals. This wasn’t an easy decision, especially because I was genuinely impressed by the agency and the team. 

 I’m grateful for the opportunity and for the kindness and professionalism shown throughout the hiring process. I hope we can stay in touch, and I wish you and the team continued success.
